Another study. Practicing a bit of lighting.
Wonderful interpretation of Ellen Page!
Wow! This is so good. I only looked at the thumbnail and thought it was a photo, but when I clicked and realized it was a painting??
This is really Good. I love the Expression you caught. You can feel the emotion. Good stuff.
Love her expression here.
Stunning portrait of this Elf! She looks like afraid by something, perhaps a non usual noise in the forest. And now, time to run perhaps? lol
Здорово. Единственное что бросается в глаза - это губы и зубы. Они будто не доделаны. Чтото не так с направлением зубов.
Who is she? Do you usually mix some ideas? like That girl is who you know but you drew like female elf. So that you can draw your own picture.
She from a show called The Shannarah Chronicles ^-^
Well it depends, when I'm doing a study, I usually try to follow the picture I'm working from as much as I can ( especially lighting, values and color). That said, I never just copy, I always try to interpret it and add my own spin to it.
Amazing work! I love the detail <3
I'm in love this this show wondering if the books are worth reading
The books, as per usual, are way more worth reading that accepting this MTV kid friendly version is "it". Trust me, I've been reading them over and over since it first came out and this show doesn't even compare. Sure, it's good for what it is, granted, I do enjoy it, but I laugh at how much it was taken out of context and the story/timelines are all askew...sadly, but still love most of the people they chose for the show.
Same here. I think they've received good reviews, aside from the first one which is notoriously a LOTR clone. They've jumped right to adapting the second one I think.
I'm in the middle of book one, it is an enjoyable book even though it is a LOTR clone. So far the book has helped sort out a lot of stuff about the history of the world which was very vaguely referenced in the show.
This is amazing! Wonderful work!
This looks so real! I actually thought this was a photo at first.
